CEO, Director - Cameron Dorsey, Msc

• Cameron Dorsey is an accomplished exploration geologist with over 15 years of experience in mineral exploration across North America. He has managed and contributed to numerous successful projects in world-class mining districts, including British Columbia, Nunavut, Ontario, Quebec, and Yukon.  During his time with Golden Sky Minerals Corp., Cameron played a key role in advancing the Rayfield Copper-Gold Project in British Columbia, helping position the asset for strategic partnership and development. His work included detailed geological evaluation, target generation, and coordination of exploration programs that enhanced the project’s scale and technical understanding.  As a core member of the team, Cameron was instrumental in bringing in a major project partner through a $20 Million earn-in agreement, securing the financial and technical backing of an international mining company and significantly advancing the project toward its next stage of exploration and development.  With experience spanning both junior explorers and major mining companies, Cameron brings a unique blend of technical expertise and strategic insight in developing district-scale projects from grassroots discovery through to resource definition. He holds an MSc focused on the tectonics, structure, and stratigraphy of northwest British Columbia, and currently serves as VP Exploration for Golden Sky Minerals, which is actively exploring Cu-Au porphyry and orogenic gold assets across North America.

CFO, Director - Quinn Ellerbeck

• Quinn brings 20 years of new venture development and business strategy experience across Fortune 500 tech organizations and early-stage startup ventures.  Quinn's diverse experience spans junior mining, capital markets, real-estate development, and high-tech product development.  Previously, Quinn oversaw the development of new tech products at Intel and BlackBerry. Quinn holds a Bachelor of Commerce and an MBA from the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia.

Director - Brian May, P. Geo

• Brian May is a professional geologist with over 20 years of mineral exploration, mining project development, mining project evaluation, advanced geological modeling, technical writing, and production geology experience throughout B.C., Nevada, Arizona, Nunavut, and California.   Brian is currently VP Exploration with Whale Cove Gold Corp. and has previously held leadership positions with B2Gold Nunavut/ Sabina Gold & Silver Corp., Triumph Gold, Elko Mining Group. Western Mesquite Mines, Nicola Mining, and New Gold Inc. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Earth Sciences from Simon Fraser University and is a registered Professional Geoscientist with EGBC (B.C.) and NAPEG (NWT/Nunavut).

Director - Jason Leikam

• Jason Leikam is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in management of start-up businesses, strategic business development, venture capital funding and asset acquisitions. Mr. Leikam has held leadership roles in several private and publicly listed early-stage natural resource projects and clean tech ventures related to sustainable natural resource development. Mr. Leikam is currently the CEO of Omega Pacific Resources, an explorer focused on the discovery and development of the Williams Property in British Columbia’s Toodoggone District. Mr. Leikam also currently serves as VP Business Development for EnviroMetal Technologies Inc., a precious metal recovery technology entering commercialization. Prior to joining Omega Pacific and EnviroMetal, Mr. Leikam served as VP Corporate Development for Silvermex Resources Ltd, which was acquired by First Majestic Silver in 2012.
